Terms, Conditions and Privacy Policy

Terms and Conditions

1. Services

Bristol Consulting offers consulting and support services for small businesses, entrepreneurs, and professionals, including (but not limited to):

  • Operations and systems support

  • Branding and marketing strategy

  • Executive assistance

  • Content development

  • Social media planning

  • Curriculum and training design

Each project or retainer includes a clearly defined scope of work outlined in a separate agreement, proposal, or invoice.

2. Payment & Invoicing

Rates vary based on the service and scope:

  • Hourly work is billed by time blocks.

  • Project-based services are quoted based on deliverables and time involved

Invoices are due upon receipt unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing. A 5% late fee may apply to overdue invoices. Continued work may be paused until payment is received.

3. Ownership of Work & Portfolio Use

All creative assets, deliverables, and strategy materials developed by Bristol Consulting remain the intellectual property of Amelia Bristol, unless a different agreement is made in writing.

You receive a license to use final deliverables for your business needs, but Amelia retains the right to:

  • Showcase completed work in her portfolio, on social media, or the Bristol Consulting website

  • Reference your business as a past or current client

  • Repurpose templates, frameworks, or non-sensitive assets for other clients

This enables Bristol Consulting to market its services and demonstrate value through real-world examples. If you need to keep a project private, please let Amelia know in writing.

4. Revisions & Approvals

Each project includes one round of revisions unless otherwise specified. Additional changes outside the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees. By approving final work, you accept full responsibility for its use in your business. Be sure to review everything carefully before final sign-off.

5. Confidentiality

Bristol Consulting takes your privacy seriously. Any sensitive business information you share will be treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or with your explicit permission. Likewise, you agree not to distribute or repurpose proprietary tools, templates, or internal strategy documents created by Amelia without written approval.

6. Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel a project or retainer at any time with written notice. Work completed up to the point of cancellation will be invoiced and must be paid in full. Refunds are not issued for completed work or partially used hours. Amelia reserves the right to cancel a project at her discretion in cases of non-payment, scope creep, or misalignment. Clients will be notified promptly in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bristol Consulting does not guarantee specific business outcomes. Amelia is committed to offering her best work, but is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from how the deliverables are used or interpreted.

8. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated as the business grows. The most current version will always be available on the Bristol Consulting website. Continued engagement after changes constitutes agreement with the revised terms.
